We are committed to continue our support of the agriculture industry and our communities alike. We know during this trying time that work doesn’t stop despite COVID-19. Being a partner to our customers means more then providing just equipment, it also includes wanting to keep everyone involved healthy and safe while we continue to navigate the current situation. Everyone at US Tractor & Harvest is committed to the health and safety of fellow employees as well as you, our customers. We are taking many precautions to sanitize and make our stores as safe as possible. We want to be apart of the solution in our communities to help flatten the curve of this virus and still provide all the necessary services during the busiest time of year for our customers.

For anyone that is trying to minimize contact we have many options to get the parts, service, and equipment that you need.


You can look up and order parts on our website or by phone. We can direct ship to your location or arrange a curbside pick up if that is the method you prefer. As well any normal parts pick ups and ordering will continue at your discretion.

Our locations will continue to stay open and we are being diligent with our cleaning and sanitizing to maintain the safest environment for you our customers and our employees. We request to continue to follow the guidelines for social distancing including the 6 foot separation. We are aware of the difficulties this can lead to especially if needing to see a part on screen in the store, we will be able to turn our screens and solve these issues as they arise.


For service we have a couple options for our customers. First, you can call and speak to our service department to set up your necessary service needs. Second you can request service through our website and schedule to have everything you need completed that way. If you decide to come in the store to set up your service please respect the social distancing guidelines and maintain a 6 foot separation.


The first and best option is to call your local store and speak with the sales staff there. Along with this you can set up an on site meeting if you would like to avoid coming into the store. We have the ability to send equipment quotes over email as well as do electronic signatures if necessary. We want to continue to support all of your needs and will do our best to accommodate your requests during this difficult time. With that said we are offering free home delivery on New John Deere Mowers, Gators, and Compact Utility Tractors. (some restrictions apply)
