Beginning in May, 2022 John Deere is making it's diagnostic service tool, Customer Service ADVISOR available to customers and independent repair shops thru JohnDeereStore.com in addition to local dealerships. For more than 180 years, John Deere has stood by their customers right and equipped them with the tools necessary to maintain and repair their own equipment.
Beginning in May, Customer Service ADVISOR will be available for customers and independent repair shops to purchase directly from John Deere through JohnDeereStore.com in the US.
- Customer Service ADVISOR will also continue to be available via John Deere dealers.
- Enhancements in 2023 will include the ability to remotely download secure software updates to embedded controllers.
